im too skinney but it's not my fault. im 16 5'6 and weight only a hundred punds i eat alot but my docter says i have a high metabalism but people at school call me anerexoic im wander what should i do or eat to gain weight.?

I experienced this same problem,even as a grown woman i often still find myself fighting to gain weight. I don't want to be this way i wish i was fat. People tell me now that i'm older that i should be happy cause everybody wants to be "skinny" I will tell you whati have done that actually helped me.I got a weight gainer shake at gnc and drank 2,000 calories of that a day along with my regular 1500 calories or so that i normally eat.This helped me to gain 5-8 ponds a month for about six months then once again i stopped gaining but i was maintaining my weight if around 117 which was great for me.Try to eat low fat high protein foods. You need to eat a small meal about every 3 hours. Later in life you may find that lifting weights can help you put on weight from muscle mass. Don't worry about what people think,it really doesnt matter. Just make sure you get to a weight that is comfortable for you,and only you.

If this is how your body is there is not much that you can do. However, if you really want to gain weight try eating alot of greasy foods, fried, sweets, etc...

Do not let people make you feel bad about how you look. Be happy and enjoy the way that God made you... Basically love yourself...

Put protein powder in all of your food, this will probably make you too fat because that is what happened 2 my dad and I. But I'm back to my normal weight. They are just jealous of you because they probaly weigh 150 pounds and are never gonna lose any. Plus, all you need is 10 more pounds because that should be your normal weight at your height and age. Get to 110 lbs. and then stop but never stop exercising. GOOD LUCK!

If you are in fact eating healthy, ignore the comments- or come back with something like "Yeah but all those twinkies I can eat now will catch up with me in 20 years" lol That's what I used to say. And guess what? I was right ;)

try doing some herbal clensing for parasites. Not the hard core stuff, just try to include some fresh spices and herbs in your diet, some oregano extract, grapefruit seed extract, ect. Try to eat fresh food and avoid fast food. You might just not put on weight until you get older. I was the same way and was not skinny but pretty slim until I got to my early 20's.

Well, I don't know what u can do for gain some weith, but i just know that u shouldn't be worry about what people think, u have to b urself no matter what, and many people is going to say things in your live just don't worry about it. U know that u r not anorexic, that's what is important

DONT try to eat all that mcdonalds and crap.....it wont make u gain weight it will just give u high bnlood pressure and make you have heart problems.......just eat healthy and stop eating when yu full--

DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT OTHERS THINK...AS LONG AS YOU KNOW IN YOUR HEART AND SOUL YOU ARE EATING TILL SATISFIED...AND EATING HEALTHY...THEN DON'T WORRY....THOSE SAME PEOPLE HATING ON YOU NOW WILL BE THE PIGS AT YOUR HIGH SCHOOL REUNION....NO WORRIES....LAST IF YOU FEEL IT NECESSARY ASK YOUR DOCTOR FOR A REFERRAL TO A NUTRITIONIST TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE EATING HEALTHY...ALSO YOU CAN PUT ON MUSCLE WHICH GIVES THE BODY DEFINITION....GOOD LUCK

i know what u mean i'm 12,5"8' & my belly is 24 inches around i hate when people think that i don't eat rite whne i stuffin my face every day @ lunch sometimes i wish that i could just be normal i'm taller then everybody in my class & skinner then every one of the cheerleaders i just kinda blow it off
