if I had to choose one it would be liquid, I dont know if its my washer or just the powder but everytime I use powder it doesnt always dissolve and I have powder occasionally still on the clothes when I take them out of the washer. Although powder in a way is more cheap and just as affective, and it also seems to last a little longer then liquid form. I also think that powder seems to get your clothes more clean. So I think either of the two is good, but in my case I would have to go with liquid... lol...hmm what a life I lead sitting here debating with myself which is better. I need to get out more.

Liquid dissolves better but I don't think it goes a far as powder. So I use powder detergent.

I think the liquid laundry detergent is better because sometimes if you put too much powder detergent then when your clothes come out of the washer it is still visible.

Hi. The type of clothes you wash and the type of machine you use determines what's best. I wash a very mixed load in cold water, so it's best I think to use liquid, without bleach in it. It should make better suds, rinse more completely and cause the colors to be brighter. if you do a lot of white or use a warm wash water, the two sorts of products are about equal as cleaners.

I like liquid. I do much of my wash in cold water and sometimes powders don't dissolve completely.

Liquid, because powder sometimes is still on your clothes when they are done

I prefer liquid, because in my experience, powder gets all clumped up and thus doesn't rinse away entirely, whereas liquid; you just pour some into the container's cap, and then into your wash!

I prefer powder, but it doesn't seem to disolve too well in cold water so then I wind up going back to liquid.

Liquid is better...specially if you wash with cold water...powder or should say granulates don't dissolve as well. Then you end up with spotted clothes***
