I think if your heart gallops, you may want to have it checked.

There are many reasons this could happen, and there is no way for anyone to determine that without you having more information than an irregular heartbeat. Your physician is ALWAYS your first stop with something like this, so I hope you will see your doc about this. Be well...stay well! The healthiest person is NOT even immune to an "irregular heartbeat" or anything else. LIFE happens like that, so go get yourself checked. Might be due to caffeine. I would mention it at your next visit. It wouldn't hurt to have an EKG either.
Good Luck!

I have wolf parkinsen white syndome (which basically means that i have an extra nerve pathway in my heart and the beat becomes unregular occasionally and sometimes its hard to breathe). I went to a specialist and had an operatioon to burn the extra pathway but they were unable to cause i would end up with a pace-maker. Do i regret it? no, because once a year i get it checked up and as new, safer operations arise i have the chance to fix my heart. I think you should perhaps see a specialist. Good luck !

well i have heart arrythmiea and sometimes i have an irregualr or rapid heartbeat. you should get checked out. and also think of the things you do your stress and what you consume. i ususally know before i go to bed that i will wake up from it. so minimize your stress, caffiene and alchcol consumtion because that can start an irregular heart beat. and if you do have heart arrithymea dont take meds unless they inist because you become very dependent

If there are any serious concerns then you should go see someone preferably a physician. Usually it seems like my heart is irregular but then when other people listen to it they think its fine.. again ehr on the side of caution and get it checked!

Maybe. Many people have irregular beats and it doesn't affect their general health. However, it could indicate some other defect or problem. You should have a physical and see if your doctor wants to get an EKG or other test done.

I would get it checked out. They have a medicine to regulate the beats. They are safe. In the mean time stay away from caffeine

you should definetly get it checked. my sister has the same problem and one night her heart was hurting. If you have pains
in your arm and heart, it could be symptoms of heart attack.
Seriously, get it checked.
