how can i add some cool lines at the top and bottom of microsoft word paper??

Under Format you can select Borders and Shading. If you prefer more stylish lines.

Under Insert > Picture > Horizontal line
there are more artsy options.

You can use Header and footer section of word to put cool lines. For cool lines you can use word 'Insert Word Art'
