sorry to ask such a Gross Q i am very shy and don't talk to people bought it. I am a 24 yerold M with long ish blond hair. I have small lumps on my scalp oozing puss. They don't itch after I Wash my scalp but if i rinse before washing lots of White stuff comes of my scalp my hair gets very greasy one day after washing. I have had this problem for 18 months just keep washing my hair in the hope it will fix its self . is there anything i can do to stop it its getting painful.ps I have used head and sholders for a week and aloe-jojoba an aloe vera shampoo and detol disinfectant for bathroom and bog cleening THE GREAS IS VERY BAD. I live in the uk

I dont think its dandruf because when i rub my hair there is no dandruff there i wosh my hair evry 2 somtomes 3 days

you are in luck I have the cure for you. Head and shoulders actually makes things worse. I advise using selson bleu with aloe vera, it is a blue bottle with a green cap. That will knock the grease out for the day, but you will have to use it every day. Also, the grease is most likely hair loss creaping in. I suggest using propecia, that will stop the grease even more (in addition to the selson blue with aloe) totally and preserve your hair count! Propecia is expensive (about $650 US /per year, but if you can get your doctor to write you a prescription for proscar and then cut the pills into 5 pieces and take one peice for day, it only costs $180 per year and is EXACTLY THE SAME THING.
the lumps are most likely either from you scratching, or from the dandruff, or honestly I think it may be sores caused by the Head and Shoulders.
