Tell them that you're not happy with the service. You've given it a chance and you feel you're wasting your money. Don't take 'no' for an answer! If someone says no, talk to their manager! Get everyones name too!

That's your best chance, in my mind

i had the same trouble with them!i was paying £42.50 per month and was sick of watching the same things over and over again.i phoned them up and they said i coulnt cancel as my year contract was not up til september 12th and this was early august,so i just stopped paying!they have now cut me off and send the odd letter, but my neighbour has told me they have never paid a bill to them for years and they keep phoning up to get them signed back up and tell them they will wipe their slate clean!good luck and i hope it helps you in some way

You could keep on reporting your sky box as faulty ..THen tell them u think the service is bad and then cancel..I know it's unethical but hey that's business..

Good luck

see what other price plans they offer, you should be able to get a more basic package for less money!!!
or make a big complaint and say your not hapy with them, you wish to cancel with no cancellation fee as a gesture of good will!!!
