If one country can have them why not all of them?? If having a nuke makes American feel safe why shouldn't the other countries have them as well that's like giving one kid ice cream and making all the other kids watch him eat it.

No, I think the UN will split sides on this. Countries who backed N Korea in the first place will continue to import and export and trade with them, and countries who did not, will abide by the vote (soon decided) and hald international trade... hmmmmm sound familiar? USA stopped trade with Japan once upon a time, and they bombed Pearl Harbor, whick brought USA into WW2. Crap militant tyranical capitolists and I hate hate hate war. This sucks, but I believe we're about to enter into a Nuke war. Mmmmmm! let's all destroy the earth so we can prove to each other that we are superior or that we have bigger penises than each other! (sarc.) IDIOTS RULE! YAY!

Isn't that what the UN always does, nothing unless they figure out some way to rip the people of North Korea off then they will do that.

The UN is a bunch of hypocrites.
Why should some countries be "allowed" to have them, and others can't?
Any country should be allowed to test and develop their own weapons. If we don't trust the country to do right by them, tough. Why are the SuperPower Nations "allowed" to have them? Who is to say that the smaller countries don't trust us having them?
