Birth control works by fooling your body into thinking that it is pregnant so , yes, you can experience painful / tender breasts etcIt usually settles down after a couple of weeks but if it doesn' then go back to your GP and see abut changing to a lower dose birth control pill.

Yes! birth controls or full of all kinds of hormones and estrogen. They cause all sorts of things to grow or lose. It's a risk we as women take to keep us for getting pregnant.

Yes, if you're taking the pill, for example, it will make your breasts bigger. That's what happened to my girlfriend. I don't remember why but it's something hormonal.
