ok this guy at school is a grade below me but he has started coming up to me and talking and the other day i hugged him and he smelt my ahir i think..........hes really nice to me and he smiles alot and he let me try on his shoes (vans) finally! cuz i asked hi mat the beginning of the yhear and he said no and now he said yes so i am very cunfuse dcu zi think i like him..ojh yeah jtlyk i am a girl!

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

Well, with some people, it's hard to tell when they like you. Some people are just really nice to others. However, the smelling hair thing, from experience, isn't something that people usually do. Of course, when you hug, it's inevitable that whoever's shorter will probably have their hair smelled. If he didn't really say anything, but you could tell he was smelling you, then it's a sign that he likes you. I don't know what might have caused this change for him, but sometimes even little things makes people feel differently about someone. Or sometimes, over time, people just realize they have feelings for someone. Anyway, if you like him, then go ahead and get to know him better. Strike up conversations with him when you see him, hang out with him a little bit more (not excessively), maybe get to talking to him online/on the phone. After you know each other a bit more, and feel more comfortable with your own feelings, try to do something with him outside of school. By that time, hopefully things will be more clear about how he feels.

yeah, if he let you wear his shoes then he is SO into you. Also, he was not afraid that he might have foot odor, so that to me sounds like confidence. Hes totally into you and he wants you to know it which is why he smiles at you a lot.
Before long you guys will be hanging out at the Ice Cream parlor after school. Just dont let him take advantage of you by copying your homework. Oh and jtlyk, Im a guy, so I know how these things work. Best of luck.

i mean really he smelt your hair and i dont get the trying on the shoes part but i think its cute and u might have a chance

Think of it this way....if you are embarrassed to be going out with him it probably wont work.Also if he asks to kiss or hold hands and you aren't comfortable with it then that's another sign you might not really like him.
