Just about any kind of ice cream if it is softly melted. I usu let it sit out for about 15 minutes before I eat it. Love most all flavors.

chocolate or vanilla, even strawvberry are the three most popular flavors. Vanilla is a safe bet, and you could always put out some chocolate sauce. Or really dress it up and add sauteed fruit. Peaches, bananas, etc. The choice is yours.
