Obviously, she's not a very good friend because she can't get over it. If she was really your riend she would accept that it is your life to lead and she would just deal with it.
Try talking to her about it and seeing if you can reach a comprimise. She might still have feelings for her ex and is jealous because you have him now and she doesn't. If that doesn't work, then find a new friend or try getting to guy to agree to a short break between you two so your friend can get over him.

Umm... well first of all dont call yourself a friend !!!! No friend moves in on their freinds ex with out getting a totally 100% okay!

You know that he would be taboo! Didn't you think about her feelings before? I think you know that she would not approve of it. This is something that you need to think about, how important of a friend she is, is it worth losing her as a friend, or if the boyfriend is more important. Tell her you did not plan this, it just happened (yea! right) I hope you are able to get your friend back, because a good friend is hard to find!
