I need to have fresh and new ideas for my story...(sort of soap oprish)

Hi Pink. A soap opera story? Why not give it a little spin. A really handsome young environmentalist is preparing to go to save the rain forest. His assistant is a scientist kind of girl who adores him but is too shy to let it show. In the the meantime, an evil businessman is trying to sabatoge the guy and his equally evil daughter (who looks like Paris) is helping him by leading the guy around by the nose. Other charcaters: the Dean of the college, the rich man's drunken wife, a competitor who is just as rotten, a handsome politician who is trying to get elected, an old lady with a lot of money who is bakcing the effort and her gay son who likes the scientist too.

get very descriptive, use sensory details, and use imagery.
