Click on Tools, Internet Options, Security, Custom Level, search Javascript and activate it.

Go to tools > internet options > security > internet > Custom level > scroll down to Scripting, Active Scripting and tick Enable > Ok

With your browser open, click on tools, internet options, advanced. Look down the list until you see JavaSun. Check the box. Click on apply. Click on ok. There you have it!

do the opposite of whatever you did to "switch" it off.
