USA, England, China, ussia and France are the only countries that are supposed to have them (only ones conferred by the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty). India and Pakistan also have performed nuclear tests. Israel is suspected to have nuclear weapons, but won't say either way. I think that we should worry to some degree about N. Korea, since they'd be most likely to use them against us.

I think, yes, we should. However, resorting to war would cost many lives.
North Korea did not test this nuke out of the blue. It tested it on an important day to it, the day Kim Jong Il was appointed to his National Workers Party. The nuclear test was expected to happen, somewhat.

Yes, we should worry about North Korean tests. Their leader is a nutjob and can become the next threat to our way of life.

US, Russia, Pakistan, China, France. I am not sure of the other two but I would be more scared of Pakistan because of the hostile relationship that it has with india.
