We just got a dog from the shelter, and she is the only one. She isn't very playful.. but then again the poor little girl has been through a lot.

Someone suggested taking her to a dog park, since she seems to get along well with other dogs.. but we are new to the area.

There are lots of dog parks, the nicest one is on Sunset halfway between the eastern and warm springs cross streets.
It's split into two sections big dogs and little dogs, there are plenty of shady spots to sit while your dog runs about, and the park is littered with tennis balls and toys so you don't need to take your own.

I've attached the Clark county website, that lists all the parks around Vegas! Happy walking!

Sunset Park. It's on Sunset Road cross street of Eastern. My friend used to live in Henderson and take his two dogs there all the time. Otherwise, ask your vet for recommendations.

Kudos to you for adopting a shelter pet! Best of luck with her!
