Where in the south east has the best nursery and primary schools?

We want to move to a borough in London, or possibly further out still which has better performing primary education than Southwark for our daughter. Also looking at a nice area to bring up our little girl.

Good train Links to London and excellent primary schools...

I think generally getting outside of Inner London is the soundest thing to do........as Primary Schools are generally quite good. It is secondary schools that are the issue.
