Eyeliner rocks! It depends on your ENTIRE look, though. If you want to go for the rocker/Goth look, then it's to drool for (especially on guys... hehe), but if you're one of those girls who prefer to spend hours on your hair and wear tighter clothes and carry purses, then heavy could make you look like you don't know anything about how much make-up to apply. However, I'm a big fan of eyeliner! Dark is hot...

Chicks either are hot or there not. It doesn't matter how much eyeliner you have on. The question should be does a lot of eyeliner make you look like a slut.

During the work day, it just looks weird. If you are going out at night to a club or a bar, eyeliner that is carefully smuged in the corners looks sexy, but eyeliner an inch thick just makes you look goth.

It depends on so many things - your skin tone, the size of your eyes, your hair color etc.
If you are olive skinned or dark, you can get away with loads of eyeliner (I do!!) and dramatic make up.
If you are on the fair side, you might end up looking rather scary.
To make sure what really suits you, take a couple of honest pals along with you for an eye make up make-over session and ask them what they think ;-)

During the day you should wear a small amount of eyeliner but at night make it heavier. Some times you can put it on in the same kind of lighting you will be in. Donna Mills wore her's kinda heavy but it looked sexy on her. You don't want to look like Tammy Fay Baker at anytime.

I think it makes them look hideous. Especially the more pale their face, the liner will be so thick sometimes on girls that it makes their face basically look like it's eating their eyes because the darker colors make your eyes look smaller.
The best way to use dark liner is to apply in 1 even line and brush a similar color of eyeshadow over it to make it look more blended but still striking, if you're going for that look.

There's a limit to how much eyeliner to put on. But if you put on the right amount for your complexion it looks hot.

Depends on the kinda guy you're trying to attract. o_O; From what I've learned, guys don't particularly like girls who dress "goth" or "emo" or whatever. Too much of anything is never really good anyways. But hey if you like how you look why should it matter?

make up was designed to improve looks without being seen. That being said - celebrities make it hard for the real women in society to live because they wear so much make up that they are fugly when they take it off and women walk around wearing that stuff look like hookers.
