Does anyone have any information about the Battle of Ypres 1918 (Sep 28-Oct2)?

I've searched on so many search engines, and I've only found two useful paragraphs. So, does anyone know any bit of info about it?

-- p.s. does anyone also know how the Canadians played a role in this battle?
