Tori Amos: Her SLC cover of "Hyperballad" anyone know where I can get a copy of this?

Tori covered Bjork's Hyberballad on her September 6th, 2005 concert at the Usana Ampitheater in Salt Lake City, Utah. Does anyone know how or where I can get a copy?
