I believe the most effective, non-dictorial way of stopping human population is through education the world's population, both male and female.
Societies where the population is generally uneducated (like many third-world nations) tend to have the most babies, whereas societies where the population is generally educated (like Japan, Europe, and other first-world nations) tend to have the least amount of babies (the nation of Israel being the main exception).
So, educate the world, and human overpopulation will stop

Human overpopulation ? That's a bit of an oxymoron if you ask me.
Where is it getting bad? New York is maybe crowded. So is Tokyo OH !! AND lets not forget the worlds most populated city Seoul, South Korea.....but over populated to the extent that you referring to is far from true.
Deciphering this is quite simple. There isn't really an issue ! At least not for many many generations to come. It is just a simple matter of mathematics...Consider the square mileage available in a 100 story building and the amount of 100 story building you place in that square mileage.....
Over population....Not quite...There is a notorious square mileage of desert inhabited, forests...and the list could go on and on .......
Overpopulation ! Not Quite !!!

Thats like saying there are too many stars in the sky, its not over population, its failure to expand more rapidly than people are screwing...I think child birth should require a license however, some people should not have kids just like some people shouldn't drive a car. If positives and negatives attract, then how do two stupid people attract and then breed??.

No, there is no problem with human overpopulation today...
Perhaps in 100 yrs. there may be problems developing but certainly not today..
The starvation in the world is not due to overpopulation...

I don't think that there is a way to stop people all over the world to stop having kids.think about it.

I say the US should put a limit on births per person, like China does, but I know that will never happen.

Use some kind of birth control. or plain out stop screwing . We can't do like they do deer that are over populated in certain areas, They shoot them.
