Yes, it is a highly sensitive area. Also, the male "G" spot known as the prostate is inside/near there, & pressure against that will feel good. Be gentle, yet firm. He'll let you know.

I think you got your answer already, but I just wanted to tell you not to feel bad that you didn't know. I am guessing you have never been with a man, so it is absolutely normal to have questions. I thought men had periods when I first learned about sex in 5th grade. I thought ejaculation was a male period. Luckily, I had an older cousin that set me straight one night in one of our girl to girl chats before I said it to anyone like these people on here. Don't let all of the rude answers get to you. It totally depends on the guy and how much he trusts you. It is an extremely sensitive area on a guy so be very very gentle. I've been told it does feel good though. Just take it nice and slow and see if he likes it.

All the guys I've tried it on have liked it...but you might want to warn him first. A lot of guys get freaked out when you move away from their "favorite body part" toward the back door.
