Try a city or county health department clinic. They usually charge according to ability to pay.

Have you tried urgent care? Its only $100 to walk in there and get checked out.
Here is a better one just walk into the er by law they can't turn you away and they will do payment options.

I don't know where you are, but I suggest a clinic or emergency room. The hospital accepts payments, even small ones.
