go to: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
and use the online scanner to clean up ur computer.
I would also recommend using www.getfirefox.com (Mozilla Firefox) as internet browser, its the safest one.
also, if ur not using any antivirus software you can get AVGFree for free, its one of the best.. visit: http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1

sounds like you have picked up a virus/malware which hijacks internet explorer, this can happen when visiting certain sites and your browser downloads and installs software without your knowledge.

One of the more common is Netster which is very active in directing you to pages it wants, i would suggest a good anti virus, spyware/adware program to flag this up as they occur and remove.

Try spybot search and destroy, free.
Also ewido, which is a free 30 day trial.
zone alarm to firewall
avg antivirus.

If your browser has been hijacked, and i think it has, use a program called hijack this, it is free and should show full details about what's going on, save the log file and post it in a forum specifically for pcs if you are unsure of what you are looking at in hijack this.

Also make sure you regularly update security patches for your browser to minimise any other vulnerabilities.

Also clear out your cookies as you are being targeted with these also.

Hope this helps.

Try to scan your PC for spy- and adware. Download Windows Live OneCare from microsoft.com to scan your PC. If you use another browser instead of Internet Explorer check if you have changed an option "Open the link in New Window", because if you chose this option before and you open a link which is a website made with frames any frame wil be opened in own window. Maybe ....... try once
