I think this is something to do with .NET Framework, try uninstalling this and re-installing from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
see how you get on.

Never use "CleanRegister" Tools (also with System Mechanic) to clean the Register of your OS from bad or temporarily entries. In this case you can damage your system, because there is no any program (tool) which can smartly clean the register.
If you didn't have the error before try to restore your OS to an earlier time. Just open Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore and Reset the OS to an earlier time when you didn't have the error. I think this is the best way to do that.

Make sure you have all the Updates for Windows from Microsoft Update. This will ensure you have all the updates for .NET Framework.
Go to your computer mfgr. site or the Board mfgr site and update the drivers for your computer. Make sure you update the Drivers for your Audio and Video boards.

try running a p.c. safety scan it will remove viruses, spyware, clean up your registry, check for open ports, see if you need to defrag your computer . It's free and works really well.
Just run full safety scan.
