I want to find an art school that will look at my work more than my grades. I want to find a school where i can reach my potential with my talent in photography. I don't want any academic requirments thrown on me.

You should look into going to:

Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA

They have an open admission policy. Don't even have to have a minimum GPA requirement.

Just last night the news was talking about the SAT's and mentioned one college in MA that does not accept SAT scores. I am not sure if you are looking for strictly an art school or a liberal arts college.

if u want them to look at your talent, u may not need to be seeking a traditionally academic school. i think Parsons looks at academics but try something along those lines..,look more for an art school. (although, most do still require you take general ed classes)
