I'm a toy collector myself so I know what I am talking about.
E-bay is the best place to sell the as already stated. If you go to a specialised sci-fi shop they will buy them, but for a lot less.
The fact that they are unboxed will not matter too much. What could be important is if they have the original weapons & accessories. Again double check on e-bay & the web as you will get to see exactly what goes with who.
Also, double check the date that will be stamped on the figure (usually the leg / base of foot) this will give you an indication of which version of the figure it is.
The main characters are obviously the most saught after, but you should still make some money out of the others.

Try e-bay to find out.
Generally as rule the the 60's and 70's are collectible but the 80's have not yet got there.
Items worth a whole lot more if in mint condition and in original box

Since your he-man figures were untouched, most probably you could sell it for a high price on eBay. Just make sure to clean the figures' dusty old boxes. I think my yu-gi-oh cards will definitely be worth a lot 10 years from now.(especially my limited edition card)

If it is in mint condition and has never been opened then yes, if it has been opened, it depends on the condition of the toy; is it damaged, missing parts or accessories, etc. The best thing to do is to buy two of the same figurine. That way you can break one or play with it or whatever while keeping the second one untouched

One way to see what they might be worth is to see if anybody is selling them on eBay and what they are going for.
I have provided a link with the search already done for you below.

check on ebay if there are any similar figures up for bid, that'll give you an idea.... I can tell you right away they won't be worth much unless you could find some hardcore collector who just had to have them.

it depends how much you played with them, unfortunately things have to be in mint condition to have any value;just like they have come out of the box that moment. They might be worth something though.

mabe if you don't play with them to much
my moms tried to sell her barbies to a collector and they said all of them (50) are worth about 10 $ all together so if you don't play with them to much then you make some money off of the just remember to keep the oringal packages if that awsners your question!
