I recommend scheduling your study around set time blocks. That is, during the blocks, you focus and study for 3 hours. Then take a 10 min walk, outside, or stretch, or even have a cup of tea, coffee, or a small piece of fruit. After the short break, you will feel more refreshing, and ready to concentrate again.

Cold air. This will sound funny, but when you get really dozy feeling and the coffee or tea isn't helping any more, go to the refrigerator and put your head in the freezer. It is like sticking your hear out of a dorm window when it is freezing outside. It snaps you back awake.

Take a 20 minute nap before you study. This doesn't seem like much, but it is quite refreshing. Make sure you set an alarm -- if you sleep longer you will be too tired to wake up and study. 20 minutes is around the right amount.

If you have more time, then the advice the other person gave about getting enough sleep is the way to go.

Get the proper amount of sleep. Budget your time. Study hard. Then you won't have problems staying awake in class, either!
