No country is doubting there was a test. In fact, our enemies the Iranians have blamed the US for the test. Does this mean we can blame North Korea when/if we destroy Iran's nuclear efforts?

From the story:
Iranian state radio, meanwhile, blamed North Korea's reported nuclear test on U.S. pressure, saying the test "was a reaction to America's threats and humiliation."
