Go and see http://www.cgb.fr
They have a database with the values. And the site is in english
I've found a page (in french) that could interest you:

For an idea, it's a catalog and the price is not fixed, but 1000 FF are 150 euros (about 160 $)

I can go back as far as 1600, but books going back to 1529 are hard to come by, for most have been out of print for years. What I can do is put you in touch with a dealer who may help. He is top notch and writes a column for World Coin News. He is a fair and honest man, his name is Bob Reis. reisbiz@earthlink.net I am guessing your coin is made of copper, but so much had happened in France from the date of your coin to where my catalog begins 1529-1600 that I am not sure and you didn't list the metal. If it is copper try dool@comcast.net. He writes a column also, called "Dated coppers". he may be of some help. try Bob first.Hope this helps. it is a sad fact you can get a price on a 200 BC coin and coins from 1600 up, but unless they are English, the years 1200-1599 are lacking.
