normally boredom comes about when a person has too much to do or has too many choices and has no clue where to start.
picking a place and just start or do it....the boredom will go away.

Learn to do stuff for yourself. That'll take enough time so you won't be bored anymore.
Instead of sitting at a table with your mouth open waiting to be fed, go to the fridge and cook yourself something... ;-)
