Yahoo! Mail is currently my favourite, but Gmail is also very good. The only bad part about Gmail is that there aren't any folders, just because they believe that the Search Mail function is a good enough replacement. (On the other hand, Yahoo! Mail has the Search Mail function AND folders.)
