the police seem to care about murders but they won't file any other crimes why is that? do they not care about the public is murder the only crime that they care about why don't other crimes matter? what are your thoughts on this what would you say on this why would they not file other crimes? do they not care? why does my crime count why do they not care about the victim but the criminal? do they not care if the crime is broken they don't care about us? They think it us fault if a crime is commited so why don't they do something instead of blaming the victim? they seem to protect the criminal what are you thoughts are this?

This advice applies to anyone
If you are the victim of a sexual or violent crime such as armed robbery or sexual assualt, it is recommended by professionals to see a mental health specalist or social worker. They can be contacted through the local hospital or clinic in your area. Not only is it benefical to the victim but the professional can also help make a case against the perpertrator or they may know the right people or the right buttons to push in order to get the police working. Remember, the police are mainly for catching criminals, not assisting victims, for that there is a soclal work system.

I think you are totally wrong. Not all police are assigned to murder cases. So, only some of the police care about murder. Police investigate all crimes reported to them. If you call 911, your report is logged in and is maintained on audio tape. The police are required to investigate all crimes. If you are aware of any crime not investigated, report it the the chief of police and the mayor.
Police care about victims. They are professionals. Frequently crimes are committed, and the police have nothing to go on, such as home burglary.
I think the courts coddle the accused too much, but not the police. If a police officer nabs a criminal, he arrests and brings in that person, whether the person wants to go to jail or not.
I cannot imagine where you got such ideas. You cannot be further from the truth. I was accused of a minor offense once, with the only evidence being the "alleged" victim's claim. The police pursued and charged me, with no evidence. I had to go to court and got all charges dropped, fortunately for me.

I am going to school to be a cop. What makes you think that cops only care about murders. There are many things that go on everyday such as having to filing crimes, reporting to calls, and helping the community. Before you make accustaions that cops are sareless, look at what cops really do everyday. Instead of wasting yours and others time writing meaningless and stupid questions, take that time to stop by your local police department to get a real clue.

They file all crimes. They care about all crimes. They have certain units for certain crimes. The most popular seems to be murder because it is probably the worst crime you can commit, so if you mean why is it all you hear about, then it's because it's the most horrific and that's what people want to hear about. Which is why the news is filled with it.

I do not know what you are angry about. As far as I can see the police handle far more then murder crimes. Try calling 911 in an emergency and they are there to help you in no time at all. I get tired of hearing all the negative stuff about the police. They are people like us and a small percentage are bad at their jobs but the rest are very, very good at it. Quit whining.

Do you have any proof that the police only care about murders and not any other crimes? Maybe you're not aware of all the cases they're taking care of because they are confidential? If you have no proof, then you're only assuming, therefore, you're in the same shoe as they are in. Before you make such an argument, you should really do your research first.

Murder is not the only crime that the police arrest people for. In fact our prisons our full of people who committed drug related crimes. I think about 90% of them. Maybe the law makers should legalize the use of these drugs. We could then close down half the prisons, and lay off half the police officers.

Do you have an example? I've seen them file 1000's of crimes per day and most are not murder.
You need to vent your frustrations a little clearer next time.

Police have pretty much lost the respect of the public..
Many of them are little better than crimminals on the street.
