Rap music is great because rap itself isnt limited to one style, just look at the different coasts and you hear different styles, beat from the snap music from the atl and some of the south, to the more laid back west coast to the more darker east coast to the slow down, screwed and chopped style of texas. Lil boosie is pretty good and was one of the first to come out from Louisiana, and i liked his newer work with ugk and webbie. Right now since i live in texas i really like the texas stuff thats coming out right now.

well I like the beats that rap music makes, but for the most part I can do without the lyrics. If it wasnt for "beef" rap, I probably wouldnt listen to it as often. Its just something about hearing kats spit off the dome in the metaphorical sense that makes it so interesting. Now you got yor veteran rappers that alot of these young MCs coming out cant hold a candle to. I will however give props to Lil Wayne, TI, Slim Thug, bc these kats can actually flow whatever, but for the most part, rappers are talking about the same thing, money, cars, & hoes. I wish rap artists would come with more creative lyrics than the same old BS.

Yea, well Lil' Boosie aside, I love rap. I grew up listening to some of the greats like Black Sheep, Pharcyde, Digable Planets, 2pac, Tribe, to name a few. I don't know any of the newer artists, but I still do listen to the older group of artist fairly often.

Rap music...
1. I hate it.
2. All the rappers use is profanity
3. They talk about sex, big butts, and "whores"
4. They have inappropriate women in music videos
some old rap was okay though. The kind now sucks. then again, I am not the biggest rap fan.

some of it's good but they all sing about the same thing.but u can credit the black man with the only 2 original forms of music,blues and rap

never heard of him but rap is ok but i like pop music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
