E. coli (Escherichia) is a normal bacteria found in feces. It is found in waste water. The test to see if there is contamination from sewers or farms is to test for E. coli. It is a family. The one that is causing problems is like a cousin. You can order samples from a biological warehouse to culture it. If you try Google for for E.coli you will get write- ups on both the normal and pathological varieties. E.coli can cause infections even if it is not the really bad one.

Let me get this straight now, you want a source for a bacteria capable of making people extremely sick (in some cases causing death) so you can obtain a source of it. Are you also looking for weapons grade radioactive materials? If you hurry, you may be able to find some in fresh bagged spinach. Are you planning on wiping out a community?
