I just don't see how this happened. A 4 week old baby should be pretty fresh in your mind! Her other children have also been removed from the home and I honestly don't think she should get any of them back.
They say it was an accident but even so, children don't need to be around a woman throwing things at their father (even if he deserves it) anyway.

Child endangerment in most states posses a very stiff penalty. She will defiantly pay for her stupid act of neglect. If jail won't fix her imagine all the single moms in prison waiting to get their hands on the crazy mom who used her own child as a weapon.

It depends on her mental state and how bad the baby was hurt, but I think she should have her parental rights stripped and the Father or his family should get custody
