I got freaked out yesterday. I was having one of those times when your nutsack is really loose, and you can sort of juggle your balls in your hand. I'm playing with them, and I can feel sort of an abnormality; it felt like there was some extra, loose tissue behind my left one. It didn't feel too weird, but it was only on the left side, so it seemed odd. I can't tell if there's any pain or extra sensitivity. I read that testicular cancer feels hard, or like a bulge. This doesn't quite feel like that. Any help?

If it's supposed to be there, it's probably the stuff that connects your balls to your insides. I just felt it on the left side, though not the right.

#diagrams just show what I already know

#If you don't play with your balls, you must not have balls.

#It's kind of too vague to tell if it's connected to the left one, but I'll feel around for it later.

#I'm sensitive like every man is. What I meant was extra sensitivity or pain. I can't confirm or deny that there's pain.

#thanks for all that info, luckyblue's friend; your answer sounds the best so far

#I know a doctor can help me, I don't know if I can help the doctor, though (money wise).

I am not a man but I am writing this because My male friend is sitting next to me telling me what to write:

"yes, this is normal what you have to look for is a lump on the testicle itself then you SHOULD be nervous. What you are actually feeling is the varicosial vein. Please don't mind the analogy but it should feel like you are holding a bag of worms which are actually the veins. Trust me I went to the doctor and paid a large sum of money to get a ultrasound for that area and thats what it turned out to be. "

"stop playing with your balls and get a hobby"

Sounds like this is his hobby...lol

Well, I am not sure what this is. The fact that you felt no pain or sensitivity when you touched it seems odd. Most things in that area are extremely sensitive to the touch. But, I would not worry too much. Set up an appointment with your family physician to get a physical and have it checked out. I am sure you are over due for a physical anyways, as most of us are. Better safe than sorry. Good luck.

Well, I lost my scrotum in a car accident last year, so they had to replace it with a pinata. Along with my balls, I have candy in there too. I know how you feel, I can't tell if I'm feeling Tootsie Rolls or Jolly Ranchers.

Important question: Can you feel the lump separate to your testicle?

Yes is good. No is bad.

Epidydymal cysts are common and can be OK. (Could be this)
But you should go to a clinic and get a scan from your Doctor.

If you have any concerns then you should probably see a doctor and get properly qualified medical advice.

Hope all is ok.

Go look at a diagram of testicles. You are probably feeling the tubes to the testicles.

You can feel extra stuff down there with your nards, but it's better if your girlfreind feels em for you.
