Hey there..I'm 18 weeks, 2 days along and I noticed it too. Thought something was wrong but it wasn't. My doctor said that the baby is about to go through a crazy growth spurt at 18 weeks and your hormone level is about to go up again. Don't be surprised if your breasts start hurting again..mine are tender and they tingle a lot.

Nothing is wrong.
Your hormones leveled off, and your body is finally adjusting to the fact of pregnancy.
Don't worry - your breasts aren't supposed to hurt the entire pregnancy!

Nothing. Your body finally caught up. Be thankful that pain is gone. I cried every morning getting out of bed. I was so thankful once the pain went away.
