That depends on what you are trying to say.

1) your : means it belongs to you. "That is your question"

2) you're: means "you are" as in "That's the question you're trying to find an answer to"

I would say #2 is probably most correct.

2 is the right one. "You're" is like saying You are. "Your" is like saying Your book, it is used when something belongs to you. I don't know if that makes sense to you but whatever.

without the apostrophe (') it would be showing ownership... such as "your right to free spech"
