Salt will absorb most of the liquid in the mustard -- the grains will also help to scrub the mustard out once it dries.

Whenever I dripped food or got ink stains on my clothing, I'd go into the restroom immediately, saturate the spot with soap & water until I could get home to put it in the wash (after spraying it with Shout or some similar product).
Yes, it's uncomfortable because you will be wearing a wet garment but then I've never been unable to remove the spot after I got home.

Work dish detergent into it and let it sit. Then do the same with hydrogen peroxide. It should wash out easily. I had the same trouble with spaghetti sauce getting onto one of my white shirts, but you can't tell it now! :-)
