depends. if we strip religion completely away from this topic, if some one cannot loose their virginity before... lets say 22 that person may have a problem, whether is social, hygiene, mental, personality, or physical that is keeping him from attracting sexual partners.
that person should talk to friends, counselor, adult and see if there is a problem that they may have.

Why would losing your virginity be a factor in a relationship? Honestly I would think it would make it easier for him to get a sweet, decent girl. My husband of 13 years lost his when he was only 13. I have to say that it affected our life for the longest time in a negative way. Being sexually experienced DOES NOT make you a man. As long as you mature in other ways you will make a great boyfriend or husband. This is just my opinion but I do know from some experience. Consider it older and wiser. LOL

I can't say I know of statics to answer your question, but I don't think AGE is the qualifying factor. I think MATURITY would be your qualifying factor for such a question. If you are more mature at a younger age, you probably won't have problems later in life. You can be in your thirties and still not be mature for relationships.
Since people mature at all different ages, age of losing virginity would not really make a huge difference. Looks might have played a difference as well in the losing of the virginity.

I really don't believe that a male losing his virginity at a later age has a significant effect on his future relationships. My ex was 18 when he lost his virginity (to me), and we had a 2 year relationship. My current b/f was 21 when he lost his (also to me), and it did not affect him meaning like emotionally other than the fact that he was happy he finally lost it to a person he cared about a lot.

I don't think its just virginity, I think it is his whole background and family life that make him who is he and how he reacts to everything including relationships.
