There is a boy i sort of like and at a dance i asked him2 dance cuz my friends told me we would make a good couple so i did and he rejected me but all his firends said that he is just a really shy person .....anyways do u think i should ask him out? or wait for him? one more thing he always stares at me when i am near him.

Girl just wait until it's your turn to have a boyfriend. I'm 17 and I had a boyfriend at your age and I don't recomend it I don't even want a boyfriend now, boys just try to slow girls down in there education. Besides true love doesn't come so early I mean you probably won't see him in highschool so why waste your time. I mean stay focused in school and then boys will come to you.

If the average life expectancy of females in your country is less than 35, thirteen is probably a good age to start looking for a mate.
If it is not, get your mind off of boys and on your education. As you mature, you will find out that boys like to be able to talk with a woman who can talk intelligently with him about things. Education will bring huge results later when you really need it.

Be careful, this is a sticky situtation. Start a conversation near his locker or whenever he's free. Just about anything. Classic. And don't be nervous. Then when you get on to something, see if he's available at lunch. You seem sweet. So be your self. Then just wait a while, maybe 'til ur older. And then ask him out. But for now, just try to be friends.

That is a decision your parents should be making if they think you are young or old enough. While 13 might be too young to start dating, it might not be for others. Ask your parents. They could either chaperone, get someone else to chaperone or tell you no.
