I'm doing a plant book, and finding China-originating plants isn't as easy as it seems. I need 2 plants/division, and I already have flowering plants, conifers, ginkgoes, and 1 fern. Can you help me find more?

China has been a HUGE source of garden plants in America... peonies, azaleas, rhododendrons, holly and literally hundreds more. Do a Google search on
"chinese landscape plants in america"
to get a good beginning.

BTW, ginkgos has no e.

Do an internet search for Ernest (Chinese ) Wilson, a plant hunter who introduced a huge number of Chinese plants, far, far too many to list here.

I have a Chinese shrub is my yard with shiny leaves and I love it but cannot tell you what it is called I also have some Chinese holly bushes! Try searching for shrubs and trees!
