at my apartment were having a contest who can decorate theyre balcony the best. any ideas. its a pretty small balcony

Well I just bought 3 hay bails and 3 pumkins and sat them out on my porch ....I think its sooo cute...also I put up orange pumkins lights and orange lights around my porch....I think its awsome...its not to much but just enough to look like its in season. I hope that helps....you can buy all the stuff at a kmart or a walmart...

You could have some fake bats and ghosts hanging from strings. then put some orange &/or purple Halloween lights across the balcony. Also a couple of pumpkins to set it off. You can also buy a scary Halloween sounds tape & play it. Sounds like fun!

Get some PVC pipe, spray paint it black and create a jail cell look around your balcony. Make it look as much like a jail cell as possible, but decorate it really nice with flowers, shams and throw blankets and call it Martha Stewarts jail cell.
