Big long purple robe trimmed with ermine (white fur with little specks of black on it), bejewelled crown, and a scepter. Usually easy to find at a local costume store.
If you can't get to a costume store and/or you are broke, cut out crown- and scepter-shaped pieces of cardboard and spray-paint them gold (make sure the crown is big enough to go around your head first). Then, tape the end of the corwn closed and pop it on your head. Get a big piece of purple fabric (sheets, curtains, whatever) and safety-pin them onto your shirt for a robe.

a long cape, purple or red? a crown? maybe u can go to a halloween or Party City type of store and buy some props. also, a sceptor, rings....
