It would be a rather complex formula of how long you hold the lighter open and how fast the gas is flowing out of it (per the adjustment lever on many lighters). Internal pressure would also play into the equation and would go down as more gas escapes. Seems like it would be a great short graduate research experiment. :)

Depends on the size of the Bic....and how long you let it be lite.

Depends on what you are smoking with it. Cigarettes take a quick flame, marijuana takes a longer flame (depending on how it is smoked), and meth takes even more.
