you don't want to hear this but it will get worse before
it gets better. once that baby comes your doctor will
tell you nap when the baby naps. what a crock! when
the baby naps will be the only time you have to do your
chores. you know fun stuff like cooking, cleaning, and
laundry. you will probably never be fully relaxed again
in this lifetime, because by the time you tell yourself
you have done your best along come grandchildren and
a whole new set of stresses.

I would do some of the following, Take a bath, listen to music or place head phones on your tummy, I would get a massage or (if the man is around) have him give you a massage or simply watch a movie find a position where its not too overbearing for you.
Congrats

If your dr allows it, take a half-dose of Benadryl. Seriously. My son was trying to break out through my stomach wall (it felt like it, anyway), and I'd take a litle Benadryl, and I could relax more even when he wouldn't. Don't take a lot of it, b/c it can sedate the baby as well (I know it sounds like a great thing, but it ain't)...

Lots and lots of pillows! Behind the back, under the belly, anywhere-- and if hubby can help adjust them so you don't have to move much, that's great too! I think the discomfort at the end makes you willing to go through labor! Good luck!

There is really not much you can do except wait until it's time for your little blessing to decide it's ready to meet the rest of the world.
Good luck.

YOU ARE VERY LUCKY TO BE HAVING THIS BABY. JUST LOOK AT IT THAT WAY. SOME WOMEN CANNOT CONCEIVE AT ALL. GOOD LUCK, YOU ARE ALMOST THERE. HE/SHE WILL REALLY BE ALL OVER THE PLACE ONCE IT'S HERE.

A nice reclining chair, hopefully one with a built in back massage.
