Can anyone tell me the name of this cacti and why mine is turning yellow?

Your "cactus" is actually 2 cacti... with the pink one being grafted onto - probably - a Cereus.
Yellow??? I would guess too much water???

This is a grafted cactus. If it is turning yellow it has too much water and probably not enough light.

Too much water will turn it yellow. So will too little sun or too many nutrients.
