Those passes are non-transferable. All Disney passes must be signed by the user now. If you are caught trying to sell any multi-day tickets for any of the area parks, they will prosecute. Trust me, I've seen it happen.

You can't share or reuse tickets at Walt Disney World because the tickets are activated with a biometric reader that scans your fingerprints, after the first use. Upon subsequent uses, when you insert your ticket at the turnstile, you have to place your finger back on the biometric reader, so that you can be properly identified as the owner of the ticket. This has been around for a while now and most people don't realize that this prevents them from sharing tickets. If you see someone selling used/discount tickets around town, odds are they are expired or already used and thus of no use to you.

We just got back from Disney - all of the adults had to have our finger scanned when we inserted our tickets in the machine for entry. Presumably this works since it wouldn't let us in if we didn't use the same finger we originally had scanned. The kids didn't have to do this though.

Technically you can if you have someone who can go within the time frame (13 days). We had friends going one day after us, so we shared two day tickets with them. Others sell them on e-bay for profit which I am not sure is legal or not by Disney standards but as long as you go back and use the ticket within 13 days after using it the first time it is good.

Hopper passes are now either expiring or non-expiring tickets. The non-expiring of course are more expensive. So those I'm sure you could buy or sell. Expiring those will be date specific for your travel dates and only would be covered if they weren't used IF you had travel insurance and you canceled for a covered reason.
