I could buy another game and still have 2 controllers, or I could keep 4 controllers and stay with Twilight Princess, Redsteel and Wii Sports! What do you think?

i don't think that either Zelda or red steel will support 4 players so you only have the wii sports that is included with the console.
This in itself appears to be fairly basic and i dont know how many of those mini games will support 4 player simultaneously.
if super money ball is anything like the cube version that should be good for some 4 player fun in the mini games (think i read somewhere there are 50 mini games to choose from)
4 wiimotes and nunchucks is gonna cost you quite a wedge so you might be best to go for 2 controllers sets and another game or 2.
Its worth considering how often are you gonna have 4 people round to play the game? if you're gonna have a group of friends round everynight, then it may be worth getting 4 sets.
i think ill be getting 2 as a few friends will be getting a wii too so they can just bring round their controllers.

i think keep the 4 wii-mote, it's really fun to play wii sports with 4 players

Well you better have friends that like the games if you get 4. Otherwise it would suck to be you, because nothing to do with so many.
