Here is what I found (the link has pictures!):
Start with a piece of paper.
(A sheet of newspaper makes a nice, big hat!)
Fold the sheet of paper in half.
Fold the top corners down towards
the center of the page.
Lift the front bottom flap and fold
it up.
Flip the paper over, then lift the
bottom flap and fold it up.
Your pirate hat is complete!

cut the shape in 2 strong paper pieces and then glue them by the edges and u have ur hat... sux doesnt it?
this is just an answer by SAINT JIMMY cus today jimmy is depressed :P maybe ill make jokes again tomorrow
